February hits differently. While most folks are thinking roses and chocolates, we've been thinking about the hands that build our communities. The craftspeople. The makers. The dreamers who wake up every morning and choose to do things the hard way. The right way.
That's why we linked up with Stu Morrison of Father & Finn, a kind soul who crossed paths with David, our creative director when they both were honing their skills in the corporate fashion world. Today, Stu finds his truth in bold strokes and simple designs, customizing hand-painted graphics on totes and stones.
Together, we dreamed up two bags that mean something. The Love Local Weekend Tote, bench-made in Maine in production methods passed down for generations, carries Stu's hand-painted declaration of local love. It's big enough for your market haul, sturdy enough for the beach, and meaningful enough to pass down.
Then there's the Love Duffy. This modern interpretation of a classic silhouette features Stu's bold interpretation of "LOVE" stacked graphic on the body and a heart motif adorning the end panel. It's just right for those daily missions or quick getaways when you need to carry your essentials.
We had the privilege of spending an afternoon with Stu in his artist studio, sipping tea and watching him work. Thank you for welcoming us into your world and sharing your stories.
This isn't just another collaboration. It's proof that good things happen when communities come together. When makers support makers.
Every bag is hand-painted by Stu, one at a time, with care and intention. Made to order, just for you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for Stu to work his magic and bring your custom piece to life.
Limited run. February only.
Shop collaboration bags. Support local. Spread love.
