If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs. Refund will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees (if applicable).
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) & in the original form of payment:
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged & unused with original tags and packaging.
- The merchandise must not be altered.
- Sale items are final sale. No exchanges and no returns.

Exchange is available to change sizes, colors, or for other items in the collection.

Orders received prior to 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped by the following business day, subject to availability. Inventory will fluctuate on seasonal items.

Port Canvas Company will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a carrier. Customer must notify Port Canvas at time of purchase if a signature is required for residential deliveries. Port Canvas is not liable for any lost or stolen goods that are delivered to a residence without requiring a signature.
